This Game’s Called Murder

On the film’s VOD and theatrical release day, Bloody Disgusting hosted a watch party on Twitter with live reactions and commentary throughout the new thriller.

Thirty influencers joined in and received custom movie night mailers in advance to encourage their followers to participate.

The mailer consisted of items related to the movie, including a custom shoebox, ramen set (noodle cup, bowl, chopsticks, recipe, hot sauce), beanie, gold chocolate bar, polaroid camera and an official film prop – a red high-heeled shoe.

Writer / Director Adam Sherman and select cast members all provided behind-the-scenes insight, answered fan questions, and shared photos from the set. 

With everyone using the hashtag, #ThisGamesCalledMurder garnered 1K+ mentions from 171 users. This conversation generated 39M social impressions with a potential reach of 1.75M!
