Jurassic World Dominion Extended Edition - Publicity & Influencer Marketing

To promote JURASSIC WORLD DOMINION EXTENDED EDITION’s release to 4k Ultra HD and Blu-ray, MKM worked with Universal Pictures Home Entertainment to plan and execute a Media Event spanning five days in Malta. Writer/Director Colin Trevorrow, Bryce Dallas Howard and DeWanda Wise completed 75 interviews in-person and virtually to discuss their work on the film. Press and influencers gathered from around the world to see some of the breathtaking filming locations in Malta, take part in an immersive stunt experience with Lead Stunt Performer David Grant and enjoyed a cultural immersion boat tour around the island. Additionally, attendees were treated to an exclusive tour of the Malta Film Studios and given the opportunity to speak to Malta Film Commissioner Johann Grech.


As a result of the trip, the attendees generated a total of 140+ social media breaks promoting the home entertainment release, and editorial/on-air coverage from outlets like ETALK (Canada National Broadcast), COLLIDER (16mm UMVs), SCREEN RANT (7mm UMVs), JOBLO (2mm UMVs) and influencer KHLEO THOMAS (869k TikTok Followers). So far, the trip has garnered 86 editorial breaks with a potential reach of 384mm, while the attendees’ social media posts have a potential reach of 2.7mm.
