We Will Be Monsters

Working with Universal Pictures, MKM created a layered influencer marketing campaign to promote the limited edition Bride of Frankenstein skin and cosmetics within the Fortnite game in addition to the debut of episodes 2 - 4 of the WE WILL BE MONSTERS miniseries.

With a goal of bringing the iconic Universal Monsters brand to a new generation, we targeted millennial influencers on Tik Tok and Twitch. Two top content creators (XMiraMira, Khleo Thomas) hosted Fortnite livestreams on Twitch for their followers to watch the miniseries with them and see the Bride of Frankenstein and Frankenstein’s monster skins come to life.

To demonstrate the modern and reimagined BRIDE character, the makeup artist Sesemeslayy recreated her look on Tik Tok — the video was viewed 75k times in 24 hours! Additionally, HorrorVixen gave her genre-focused followers a sneak peek at the new miniseries episodes featuring these favorite characters.
